Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager with agency/brand experience and the skills necessary to successfully take design and interactive projects from inception to completion. In addition to an unflappable disposition, impeccable communication style, and a sense of humor, qualified candidates must be able to gracefully manage multiple projects while being (and desiring to be) an "influencer" in the interactive space.

Reports to – Senior Producer
Salary – Based on experience
Location – New York City (Williamsburg, Brooklyn)
Primary responsibilities:
- Project Management — Project scoping (define budget, schedule), resource management and task & milestone management. Experience calculating ROI and number crunching is beneficial.
- Team Management — Coordinating with mostly off-site and some onsite designers and developers, as well as handling projects between offices in Paris and New York. Must interface well with all team members including creatives and developers alike.
- Account Management — Main contact with clients, representing the company and working with clients in order to understand their business needs and act as their internal representative. Some strategic, business and client services background is a plus.
- Documentation — Creation and maintenance of key documents such as proposals, statements of work, meeting notes, etc.
- Meetings — Host all internal and client meetings related to your projects. May include travel.
Required skills:
- 1-3 years of project management experience as the following: Project Manager, Interactive Producer, Account Manager, Information Architect
- Good understanding of information and application design
- A keen eye for pixel accuracy and a desire to implement high-performance websites
- Extreme organizational skills with an absurd attention to details
- Writing Skills: this job is big on writing — you must love it and do it with style
- Up-to-date with current technologies and web methodologies
- Must be completely familiar with Mac OSX environments, we have no PC's
Desired skills:
- QA & Testing, Technical Writing
- Print Production
- Knowledge of Web-related technologies
- Experience with various Project Management and Resource Management applications
- Understanding of standard project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Fluency in French a plus but not required
