Biography
Corrine Brown
After graduating with a degree in Writing from Emerson College, Corrine began her career at one of the last family-run magazine publishers in New England. After helping build the company’s first website, she fell in love with the interactive space and shifted her focus to all things digital.
Prior to joining AREA 17, Corrine had worked with several interactive agencies in New York, including Huge, Draftfcb and Big Spaceship, for clients such as Hewlett-Packard, New York Times, Sony Pictures, Jet Blue and Nintendo.
Also a graduate of New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program, she focused her studies while there on web and mobile technology. Her projects are often experiments in creating a non-sequitur in a gridded landscape.
Her work is focused by her affection for espresso.
