Martin lives in Paris, however is of Austrian-Dutch origin. He was born in the small town of Bregenz, Austria, between the beautiful shores of Lake Constance and below the massive northern edge of the Alps. It’s not the ‘Sound of Music’ but it sure does sound pretty.

Prior to joining AREA 17, Martin worked as an Art Director at G2 Paris (Grey Global Group) for clients such as Citroen, Nokia, British American Tobacco, SNCF and EDF. Before that, he lived in Austria’s capital Vienna and worked at Instant Design for clients such as Coca-Cola, Bank Austria, BOKU-University and The City of Vienna.
