Phil Jeffs
Phil has 10 years experience in the digital and interactive industries, spending 5 of those years as partner and director of an interactive agency in Manchester, England. He started his career as a web developer working with various languages, both front and back-end. Over the past 4 years, Phil has transitioned from his role as a developer into production and technical project management, running teams of designers, developers and information architects for clients all over the world.
Phil is a Certified Scrum Master, and agile enthusiast. He took his first steps into Agile software development techniques as an antidote to the problems caused by bloated project management methodologies. Since adopting (and preaching the merits of) agile frameworks, Phil has made his, and the lives of his teams easier, improving the quality of the work produced and helping projects run smoother.
